Hi, I'm Nourdjan — and I'm obsessed with making your business make sense.
I'm a first-generation immigrant from Bulgaria, and from the moment I arrived in the US, I was captivated by the freedom to build — to grow something from nothing, to be whatever you want to be. That energy never left me.
I've spent years inside businesses — managing operations across multiple locations, building P&Ls manually before there was software for it, creating hiring processes, overseeing teams, and building the systems that let owners finally breathe. I've been the person behind the scenes making sure everything works — and I love it.
My approach is simple: I let the numbers lead. I find what the data is telling you, build the systems that surface those insights automatically, and give you back the time and clarity to actually lead your business.

THE STORY
From inside businesses to building better ones.
My background is in business operations management — the kind where I had my hand in everything. I was tracking expenses across multiple store locations, managing end-to-end hiring, creating inventory and ordering systems, building payroll processes, and even designing the brand's web presence and social strategy — all at once.
That breadth taught me something: most businesses aren't broken. They're just operating without visibility. They don't have a clear picture of their margins, their costs, or where the gaps are — so they're making decisions in the dark.
Today, I build the systems that change that. I've created live automation tools that connect invoice data directly to sales figures, so business owners can track profit margins, waste, and trends from their suppliers in real time — without ever touching a spreadsheet.
